1965 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, call me at 312-330-2004 to see and hear some videos of this car . I have an extra set of 4 like new 1965 corvette knock-off wheels with 4 extra and like new coker classic red line tires , if you prefer them to the corvette rally wheels with 4 brand new white wall tires that are now on the car . It was restored to be a show car but was used only as a fun car to drive in the summer and never taken to car shows . This was restored by a professional Corvette restoration shop and is a frame-off full nut and bolt restoration of the original 1965 matching numbers drive train in the original 1965 corvette . The original engine numbers ( S11192710304HH ) and the original casting numbers ( 3782870 ) that are stamped on the engine block match the vin numbers on my Illinois title ( 194675S111927 ) and they match the original vin tag on the car. This original engine is correct and it' s original engine code ( HH ) match this car . The 4-speed transmission ( M21 ) and positraction rear axel numbers ( G81 ) are also correct and numbers matching to this car and so is the paint code ( FF ) . You are looking at the best of the best and the result of a magnificent 6 year and $65, 000.00 body off , 99% full restoration, that has been driven only 4, 000 miles since completed. The best way I can describe my car is that it is immaculate and in almost like new body off restoration showroom condition . You can see the extremely high quality of the restoration if you look closely at the perfect fit of the interior that is without so much as a wrinkle in it . Also the extremely high quality of the new convertible top that is without any wrinkles . It runs and drives and handles like a new car would with only 4000 miles ( one road trip and summer cruising ) .
